The challenge
The CRM did not match the business.
Settlements, claims, contracts and commissions each had their own rules, and none of them fit the out-of-the-box model. The gaps were being tracked in spreadsheets alongside the CRM — so no one system told the whole truth.
What we built
The process the team follows, built into the platform.
We built it end to end — custom objects for settlements, claims and contracts, automation for the commission splits, and integrations that keep the surrounding systems in sync. Reporting comes off one source of record the team can actually trust.
The outcome
One system of record, not a CRM plus spreadsheets.
The workflow the team follows is now the workflow the platform enforces. New work gets tracked where it happens, and the reporting reflects reality without anyone reconciling it by hand.
