The challenge

Every new client arrived as a stack of paperwork.

W-9s, banking details and purchase schedules came in by email and were re-typed by hand into the CRM. It was slow, easy to get wrong, and it did not scale with the volume the firm was taking on.

What we built

One pipeline. Every document type routed automatically.

We built a MuleSoft integration that picks up each uploaded document, routes it by type to a dedicated intelligent document-processing action, extracts the fields, and writes them straight back onto the right record in Salesforce. Every change is dry-run tested before it touches production data.
