The challenge
Prioritising the work was a judgement call.
Deciding which opportunities were worth pursuing happened case by case, in someone’s head. It worked at low volume and stopped working as the volume grew.

We designed and shipped a custom application from the ground up — it ingests the data, applies the firm’s own scoring rules, and surfaces what is worth acting on. AI is woven into the workflow rather than bolted on the side.
